Roles Within The Jackson Hope Foundation
At The Jackson Hope Foundation, we are committed to providing accessible mental health support, and each role within the organisation plays an essential part in achieving this mission. Here are some of the key roles within our team:
Directors
The Directors are responsible for the strategic direction and operations of The Jackson Hope Foundation. They oversee the day-to-day running of the organisation, ensure the Foundation’s goals are being met, and assist with any administrative and operational duties. Directors also play an important role in providing guidance and support to facilitators and volunteers.
Lead Facilitators
The Lead Facilitator is responsible for the overall management of the group sessions. They guide the discussions, ensure the group remains on track, and foster a supportive environment. With experience from attending many Jackson Hope sessions and other charities like Andy’s Man Club, they ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate and feel heard. They are supported by other facilitators and directors to ensure a smooth and effective session.
Facilitators
Our Facilitators are individuals who guide the group discussions, support the Lead Facilitator, and help manage the sessions. They may share their personal experiences or offer support, helping to create an open, non-judgmental environment for participants.
Volunteers
Our Volunteers help with various tasks within the Foundation, from supporting group sessions to assisting with events and outreach. Volunteers are a vital part of our community, helping to ensure that the Foundation’s services are accessible to as many people as possible.
